We will repair or replace any stainless steel jewelry that breaks due to normal wear. This may include but is not limited to a broken link, connector, or clasp. Scratches/scuffs, other aesthetic damages, and lost jewelry are not covered by this warranty. Body and diamond jewelry is excluded from this warranty. All jewelry sold by AVORA will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. You must send the piece back to AVORA along with the original purchase receipt. A tracking number must be provided to AVORA to confirm receipt. AVORA covers only one repair or replacement.
