The sculpts for this 10-year, 60 coin series are based on French artist Gustave Doré's intricate woodcuts. This ambitious coin series seeks to highlight some of the key moments from the Bible. Each Coin is precision struck and then finished entirely by hand. A unique serial number is laser etched on the rim of the coin, and a Certificate of Authenticity with the same number is included with each coin. The COA also contains details that illuminate the subject matter, including the supporting biblical passage and a short commentary. An image of the original artwork for the coin is included in the COA as well.
